Kunafa king

1. Grease the tray with ghee
2. Spread the Kunafa dough on the tray to be at the same level
3. Place the grated cheese over the dough, covering the entire surface of the doug
4. Put it on the top of stove (not inside the oven) at medium temperature for 7-8 minutes while continuing to move the tray in a circular way until the sides of the dough are browned
5. Turn the content onto a larger tray
6. Put the hot syrup directly on the dough
7. The tray is decorated with nuts as desired
